Our returns policy allows you to return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Should you wish to return any unwanted items, you are required to contact us by email at email@example.com, in the first instance. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To enable us to process your return, you will also require a valid receipt, dispatch note or proof of purchase.
Once a return has been authorised, your accompanying order and valid receipt, dispatch note or proof of purchase, will need to be posted to:

Please note that we are unable to pay or refund the return postage on items that are returned to us.
When returning items, we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
On approval, your refund will be processed, onto your original payment method ie. credit card, debit card or PayPal etc.
We are unable to refund any monies onto alternative methods of payment or provide gift vouchers etc.
Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 working days of approval. However, please allow between 5 -7 working days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment ie, credit card, debit card or PayPal etc. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.
If you have checked your credit card company or bank account, after 7 working days and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can investigate this further.
